SHIPPING POLICY:
COLLECTION FROM THE SHOWROOM - FREE
If you select this option, you will be able to collect the order on site, after receiving the collection confirmation email, with a scheduled time.
HOME DELIVERY
Standard delivery - (value on request) or free for orders from €120 (Continental Portugal), €160 (Madeira and Azores), €160 (European Union).
After confirmation of payment for the order, shipping time may vary from 3 to 4 business days, in normal periods, and may also vary depending on the region.
The estimated deadline applies to items with immediate availability. For items with orders (not immediate), the new deadline will be mentioned immediately below the product reference.
"The values and deadlines previously indicated will be different for the Azores, Madeira and International. When completing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and the cost.”
NOTE: The delivery times shown correspond to orders placed without customization requests. (For more information on orders requiring personalization, see Personalization Conditions .) For security reasons, deliveries by post are always registered. If an order is lost, the customer has the right to request a copy of the registration slip and complain to the post office in their area of residence.
REFUND POLICY:
In the case of a return, the refund of the value of your purchase will be made after validating compliance with the return conditions described below, with Tatuska.com having a period of up to 14 days for this purpose, from the moment we receive your item. .
Our products are always checked before packaging and shipping to the customer. However, if the customer proves that they received a damaged product, they can always file a complaint, return the properly packaged product to Tatuska® facilities and upon receipt, they will be duly reimbursed.
Alternatively, the customer can complain and ask Tatuska® to correct the problem.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order or receive a refund.
If you purchased an item at www.tatuska.com you have 14 days to return your order.
You can do so as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in its original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up.
To make your return, contact us to receive information about the shipping procedure. Do not return the item without contacting us first!
Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The return conditions are as follows:
– Items with no signs of use;
– Return of the complete item, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition;
IMPORTANT: Personalized pieces cannot be exchanged, pay attention to the measurement table!
Return Deadline:
Until the 14th consecutive day, starting from the day of delivery. If returned items are damaged or show clear signs of wear, Tatuska.com reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.
EXCHANGES:
If you want to exchange one or more items, simply place a new order after returning the items.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your purchase on tatuska.com.
Exchanges are only made with free shipping, for items with duly identified damage. If you want a new item due to size or color, you must return it and place a new order.
